21 Weeks

How far along? 21 weeks 6 days

Weight gain? I think I've gained like 10-20 pounds maybe?

Maternity Clothes? Yes! I need to go buy more though..

Stretch marks? Still just what was left from Hazel I think.

Sleep? This last week my heartburn has been horrible, so it's made it a lot harder to sleep. Hoping to get that under control...

Best moment this week? Finding out the baby is a GIRL!!!

Miss anything? Moving without hurting still. Also, when I didn't have heart burn :(

Cravings? Not really - candy mostly - which is NOT good.

Any Aversions? Not that I've noticed.

Showing? Yes

Belly button in or out? In/Out

Wedding ring on or off? On usually.

Happy or Moody? Moody probably. I've been sort of nesting but not able to because of sickness, or pain..

Looking forward to? Going to East Canyon next weekend.

Baby Movement? Yup lots!

Anything else to report? Last Tuesday (7/11) I had an appt with my OBGYN. Just the regular appt. Andy couldn't be there because it was during the day on a weekday rather than a Friday, but it was okay. Hazel and I rushed in there (of course running late, ha!), gave the urine sample and then got seated in the room. Dr. Grover came in a chatted with me about everything, asking if I had any questions, concerns, etc. I asked about a couple things like how I've noticed more bruising on my legs, but she didn't seem concerned unless I start having nose bleeds, etc. She then informed me that the ultrasound looked good except for one thing that concerned her a little. She told us that - Baby girl is looking good but the dr did notice in the ultrasound that her kidneys are filled with more fluid than they want to see. Normal is a 5 but one side was a 7 and the other an 8. Dr isn't sure what it really means at this point but that we will need another ultrasound at 30 weeks to check her again (which I'm not complaining about). They wonder if it could be something blocking causing the fluids to fill.
If it's still a problem around 30 weeks then they will be letting the pediatrician know after she's born and they'll check her again after birth. There really isn't much they do about it before baby is born.
I sent that in a text to my family and found out that I guess Cole had that and Chase/Lucy's baby has that going on right now too. I wasn't super worried, especially because there isn't much they can do anyway. So we'll just see what happens come 30 weeks! I'm going to have Andy give me a blessing to help with my heartburn I've been dealing with as well as bless baby girls kidney's!

20 Weeks

How far along? 20 weeks

Weight gain? I think I've gained like 10-20 pounds maybe?

Maternity Clothes? Yes! I finally pulled out my maternity pants which felt WAY better than regular pants around my waist.

Stretch marks? Still just what was left from Hazel I think.

Sleep? It's about the same as before. When it's hot at night, it's especially hard to sleep.

Best moment this week? Seeing the baby! And today we find out what we are having!! We are having a gender reveal party later tonight and I'm so excited. 

Miss anything? Moving without hurting still. Also, when I didn't have heart burn :(

Happy or Moody? It's been a busy but good week!

Looking forward to? Finding out the gender tonight, plus the St. George trip with the Morgans. 

Baby Movement? Yup lots!

Anything else to report? Nothing else really to report. Everything is good! Ultrasound tech said that everything looks good with the baby!

19 Weeks

How far along? 19 weeks 1 Day

Weight gain? Not sure

Maternity Clothes? Not yet, I usually just wear baggy stuff anyway. I need to pull out my maternity pants soon. Occasionally,  I'll wear my maternity shorts but only because they are long enough rather than because they have elastic waist haha!

Stretch marks? Just what was left from Hazel I think.

Sleep? It's about the same as before. Not great, not horrible.

Best moment this week? Katie is in town, so we've been doing stuff with her and the kids. Wednesday we went on the Heber Creeper Summer Solstice ride. 

Miss anything? Moving without hurting still. 

Cravings? Not really - just hungry.

Any Aversions? Not that I've noticed.

Showing? Yes

Happy or Moody? It's been a very moody week. I was just really stressed because I had a baby shower for Lucy to plan, but it all turned out great. 

Looking forward to? Seeing the baby on June 30th and our Gender Reveal party on July 2nd!

Baby Movement? Yup, Andy felt the baby again this week! 

Anything else to report? Not really! A funny thing is that when we ask Hazel if the baby is a boy or girl, she will always say whatever we say last. Can't wait to know what it is so we can train her to say "brother" or "sister". She loves babies so I'm hoping that goes for this baby too!

18 Weeks

Best moment this week? We drove to Evanston to buy the gender reveal fireworks! I'm excited to light them off on July 2nd. 

Miss anything? Moving without hurting. Right now the baby is sitting in a weird position down low so anytime I get in and out of the car or something similar, it's bothersome. 

Cravings? Not really - candy mostly. 

Any Aversions? Not that I've noticed.

Happy or Moody? It's been an okay week, nothing happy, nothing moody. 

Looking forward to? Seeing the baby on June 30th!

Baby Movement? Yup, Andy felt the baby this week! 

Anything else to report? I forgot to say that at my last appointment Dr. Grover approved that we could just combine our gender ultrasound with our 20 week ultrasound even though it's only 1 day before our 20 week mark. Saves us $100 so that is super nice!!

17 Weeks

How far along? 17 weeks 1 day

Weight gain? Not entirely sure

Maternity Clothes? Not yet, but I probably should - my pants hurt when I wear them.

Stretch marks? Not sure if they are new or just from the last pregnancy. 

Sleep? So so, depends on the night. I don't feel like I can't sleep because of pregnancy, it's just some nights are harder.

Best moment this past week? Yesterday Melanie got married! So we spent the day doing wedding things. We are so happy for her, she was a beautiful bride.

Miss anything? Being "allowed" to do things. Also eating foods that didn't give me heartburn. I told Andy "I wish I had taken advantage of things while I wasn't pregnant" haha!

Cravings? Nothing really this week.

Any Aversions? Not really. It's more just that it doesn't sound good to eat, but something else sounds better.

Showing? Yes, I think I'm finally past the "is she fat or pregnant stage".

Belly button in or out? Inny outy ha!

Wedding ring on or off? On, but it's getting tight again.

Happy or Moody? Both this week, but overall a pretty good week.

Looking forward to? We are having a Father's Day BBQ at our house that should be pretty fun!

Baby Movement? Yes, it feels like little flutters but definitely the baby.

Anything else to report? We have been going to Aqua Zumba lately and it's been so good to get off the couch and get moving. Plus it's so good for me while being pregnant.  Also, next Saturday we'll be heading up to Evanston to buy fireworks for the gender reveal on the 2nd of July.
