10 Week

How far along? 10 Weeks 1Day

Weight gain? Still fluctuating a lot

Maternity Clothes? Not yet, still usually wearing pajamas (not "out" of course - usually).

Stretch marks? Nope

Sleep? Almost too much of it, but I'm definitely not complaining.

Best moment this week? Not feeling sick anymore! Oh man, it was perfect timing too. I still feel sick occasionally when I don't eat but other than that I feel great.

Miss anything? Having energy.

Cravings? Nothing really

Any Aversions? Most everything

Showing?  Nope, bloated but I don't think that is "showing".

Belly button in or out?  In

Wedding ring on or off? On

Happy or Moody?  Both, but I feel more happy this week.

Looking forward to? My appointment next week to hopefully see the baby again!

Vince & Katie Move to Arizona

Last weekend, Andy was amazing and let me go to Arizona with my parents,
Vince & Katie and her parents.
Vince & Katie had a company pay for all of Vince's school if he gave 5 years back to them.
This company took them down to Arizona.
I'm not too upset about them living there!
It's a great place to visit.

We left after work Thursday and headed down to St. George.
We stayed the first night in St. George then early in the morning
headed out for the rest of the drive to Arizona.
Even with kids, I was impressed how we really didn't stop that often.
I really didn't take a lot of pictures during the weekend because we were busy moving.

These are from one of our rest stops to get our legs moving!

Here are a few pictures of our time in Arizona.
On Saturday evening, Katie's parents were kind enough to watch the kids while we ran to the temple to do some sealings.
It's been a while since I've been to the temple and it was perfect.
I was missing Andy so much, but could feel his love as well as the Lords love as I sat in the celestial room with my brother/sister and parents.
The Gilbert temple is about 5 minutes from their house, which is so cool!

This is their house in such a cute neighborhood.
Everything about their situation is going to be so great for them!

It was sad to leave this cute family behind on Sunday.
We miss them like crazy already, but are very excited to visit lots!

Our Big Announcement to our Families

Last night we went to dinner with my family to one of our favorites, Shoots.
According to my family, we were celebrating Vince finishing taking the boards, and them moving at the end of this week.
But we had it planned that it would be a little more special than that!
We ordered fortune cookies from Etsy that had custom sayings in them.
We had them chocolate dipped so that they would look just like the Shoots fortune cookies.
Everything went so perfect.
They brought out the cookies at the end of dinner and Vince was the first to read his.
Of course his said, "Good things are coming in due time...September 2015 to be exact!"
He just thought it was a pretty specific fortune and wasn't sure what it meant exactly. His birthday is in September so he just was thinking how cool that fortune was.
Then Phill opened his which read, "Baby McDonald, coming September 2015".
So he said, "Bailey?! Do you have something to tell us?"
But Chase and Lucy hadn't even taken a cookie yet, so I just smiled and looked at them and said, "take a cookie!"
Then everyone got super excited and was so thrilled for us.
It truly couldn't have gone better.
We are so blessed with the family that we have.
They all want what is best for us and it's the most amazing feeling.
No one even had a clue that it was coming which was the best part!

These were all the different fortunes that everyone got.
Everyone was so excited to see all the different ones.

To announce to everyone on social media, I had Andy photoshop the last line on this fortune.

VIDEO:
In the Video:
Kendrick was way cute and if you listen closely to him in the video he mentions that our happy news was what his wish was and that it "actually came true"!
(Before he came into the restaurant he made a wish into the fountain outside.)

Thanks for being there everyone to celebrate our exciting news!

---
For Andy's family, he said that we probably
didn't need to do anything as big as we did for my family.
So their announcement was much simpler than my families, but still perfect nonetheless!
Most of Andy's family was away at Disneyland for the week,
so I took this picture of the gift we gave to Andy's parents and said,
"Thought you'd all like to see the present we gave Kelly for his retirement!"
We got tons of texts back from everyone, they were all so thrilled.

We are truly so blessed with the families we have!
Couldn't ask for better brothers, sister-in-laws and brother in-laws!

8 Weeks

How far along? 8 Weeks 2 Days

Weight gain? None, some days when I can't eat I lose a few pounds but nothing drastic.

Maternity Clothes? Nope, but I mostly wear pajamas all day since I have no where to go.

Stretch marks? Nope.

Sleep? Right now, I'm sleeping okay. I wake up tired but all in all I sleep fine.

Best moment this week? Seeing the baby again. We thought we had miscarried friday, so when we went to the doctor she told us that she didn't think we had but we could do an UltraSound again just to be sure there was still a heartbeat. There was and it was the best thing to hear ever!

Miss anything? Not being sick. I thought I was sick before, but ever since my appointment on Monday I've been so nauseous.

Cravings? I still only can really eat apples, saltines, GingerAle, and sometimes yogurt.

Any Aversions? Most food smells. Even if something sounds good to me, when I smell it, I feel sick.

Showing?  No, bloated yes, but not really showing.

Belly button in or out?  In

Wedding ring on or off? On

Happy or Moody?  Both! Depends on the day.

Looking forward to? Being far enough along to hopefully not be sick anymore.
