Happy Fourth of July!

Pretty much all the events for the fourth were on the 4th which was nice, but busy!
Here is a run down, and schload of pictures of our weekend!
(which doesn't even count saturday and sunday)

Grand Parade:

We started out with the Grand Parade at 8:00am.
Kendrick and Ryan slept over at my parents house, so they could go to the parade with them.
Chase and Lucy stayed out all night saving us a spot, which Andy and I personally know how annoying that is. So again, thank you guys!
I love the parade, it's long but I love to watch the kids faces when stuff goes by!

Water Fight:

After the parade, Andy and I headed home to relax for a little bit.
Andy had some homework to get done, so he stayed home and I headed up to Provo again.
The boys had been filling up waterballoons and getting the slip n slide all ready.
It felt so nice to play in some water, because it was so hot!

Paige even got to play in the water!

Ryan liked to run down the slide more than slip down it,
and we taught Kendrick how to "baseball slide"
Everyone got wet, so it turned out to be a lot of fun!

Stadium of Fire:

Every year, we watch the Stadium of Fire up and my Grandpa/Grandma Morgan's house.
They live up on the Y Mountain and have an amazing view of the fireworks.
Not only do the Stadium of Fire works go off, but for a good hour before, all across the valley from Springville to Thanksgiving Point, we get to watch everyone else's fireworks too!

Stadium of Fire Finale

Balloon Fest:

Okay, probably my very most favorite part of the fourth!
There aren't very many things that are cooler than the balloons.
If you haven't been, you really just need to go.
Words don't really describe how cool and fun it is.
You have to be there early to see anything.
It usually goes from 6:30am (or earlier) to 8:00am.
Take a nap after and just enjoy it!

After the Coca-Cola one came down, they let the kids roll out all the air!

None of my videos or pictures do it justice, so really go!

Lifeflight:

The balloons are on the field between Provo High School and the Hospital.
So after the balloons took off and left, we walked over
and they were letting people in to see the Lifeflight.
What better time to see life flight up in person than when it's not an emergency!
Way cool!
My Grandpa was so happy and excited which made it that much more exciting.
He got to sit in the Pilots seat and he was like a kid in a candy shop.

What a successful 4th of July!

Happy Birthday America!

Love, B
